Glad you're learning brother. Ran right the anger thing and the crazy shit just stays within control and I totally agree with ace over E. I learned to look at anger as weakness being that I was too weak to control even myself or my own circumstances. Oh and when you start breaking shit YOU PAID FOR, its time for change. Slow roll to the big show, thats my thinking these day but the big show is just waking up everyday in the right frame of mind for me. I'd rather feel good all the time and reach for a daily goal than go overboard setting unrealistic goals for a 10 week run. All of it together and you somehow get to a good place as kit sounds like you have, good for you.
